Food Poisoning

Dialog one:

commis: How do microbes get in food ?
chef: Mostly from your hands .
commis: I should always wash them.
chef: Yes. Everything in the kitchen should be sanitized .
commis: Right, Ill use an antiseptic to sterilize^1.

Dialog Two

commis: What foods are most dangerous?
chef: Protein foods : meat, poultry^{2, eggs, fish, dairy products, etc.
commis: Does food poisoning have a special taste, a special smell or a special color ?
chef: No.
commis: How can I sTOP food poisoning?
chef: Refrigerate food below 40F.
commis: Is there anything else I should know?
chef: Never leave food outside the refrigerator for more than two hours .}

Notes:

食物中毒。
细菌是怎么样污染食物的？
主如果通过你的双手。
厨房里所有些东西都要消毒。
food不可数名词，这里foods表明不同类型的食物。
蛋白质含量高的食物。
一般疑问句。does是do的第三人称单数形式，
它没词义，
是个助动词，
在这里帮助构成疑问句。
祈使句的否定形式多以do not引起，
也可用never引起，
这个时候就是用never引起的祈使句，
食物放在冰箱以外决不可以超越两小时。
